Ice Designs requires full payment 3 weeks prior to your event date. This does not apply to most Corporate payable accounts. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, please call our office at 281-213-9662 or email us to check availability. We charge a delivery fee and a refundable deposit for the equipment used with the ice sculptures.

Payment Using PayPal
We also accept credit card payments online through, www.paypal.com. Use our email address, henleyice@aol.com, as the paying account name after you log on under your established User ID. An email will be sent to us confirming payment.
Any payment that does not clear or is not paid on time will be sent to our collection agency and will be subject to late, collection and/or attorney fees associated with your account.
