Depending on the schedule and design, a two-week advanced notice should be enough time to perfect your design.

Starting with an image search is your best bet. Take a look at what options are out there with a quick event description. We love working from inspiration images and can customize based on your specifications.

Sculptures typically last 6 to 9 hours in a climate-controlled environment.

Each setup includes lighting. There is an upgrade option for color lighting.

We just need a clear pathway to the indoor table/area where the sculpture will be set up. For the best contrast, we recommend a dark background and table covering if possible. The drainage materials and lighting are included with each setup. Any 4- foot or larger table will work for most sculptures- please confirm with your coordinator.

While some venues and sculptures require our team to provide breakdown services, most do not. All materials left are disposable and the remaining ice can be places in a well-drained area.
